This class is designed to gently awaken the body, deepen the breath, and bring balance to both the physical and energetic self. We’ll move at a mindful pace — exploring poses that build strength, mobility, and spaciousness within the body — while weaving in softness, presence, and self-awareness.
Whether you’re new to yoga or deep into your journey, you’ll be supported in moving with intention and honoring your body exactly as you are. Expect guided breathwork, mindful movement, and moments of stillness to help you start your Sunday feeling centered, grounded, and deeply connected.
