Women’s Self-Defence Workshop

Cost: $45 for members, and family of members, $60 for non members.

This workshop will not only focus on the very small part of self-defence that is training to counter violence, it will also focus on the other majority of what is self-defence that will do far more than physical skills can ever do to help keep participants safe.

Also there will be a female coach to do most of the physical training and give a feminine perspective to self-defence and self-protection.

We will try to repeat this event occasionally so participants can come back and keep the skills and tactics learned refreshed.
