Step into Sissinghurst Castle Garden after hours and experience its beauty in a whole new light.
As part of your evening, you're invited to enjoy a glass of Chapel Down sparkling wine (or a non-alcoholic alternative) beneath the tower, once the writing retreat of Vita Sackville-West, and today one of the most iconic features of the garden.
You’re free to explore at your own pace or join one of our knowledgeable volunteers for a guided tour.
Whether you're following floral scent or discovering a quiet corner, these evenings offer a rare chance to enjoy Sissinghurst at its most peaceful.
These events take place outside of regular opening hours and are limited to 30 guests for a more intimate experience.
Session timings:
5:30pm - Arrive at Visitor Reception
5:45pm - The garden opens for your evening visit
7:30pm - The tour concludes and the garden closes for the evening
*Note: Your ticket includes car parking and entry to the garden during standard opening (11:00am–5:30pm) on the day of your visit. If you arrive earlier in the day, please return to Visitor Reception by 5:30pm to check in for the evening event. The restaurant and shop will be closed during the evening session.
