Join us for a social group run around the trails of Bedgebury as the evenings start to draw in.
Most of us are either new to running or easing back into it after a break so there is no pressure on pace! We’ll use run/walk intervals to complete a 5k route — and no one is ever left behind. If we’re lucky, we may get to see deer at this time.
We’ll then round things off to end with a short strength-and-conditioning session to keep us strong and injury-free.
Come along, challenge yourself and embrace the shadows!
✨ Free to join!

Mind Over Miles is a space where people can start their running journey, build confidence and progress their fitness, all while having fun and exploring the local trails together.
We meet weekly on a Monday evening in the area local to Hurst Green (East Sussex) and the intention is that people enjoy themselves and simply give running a chance 🥰
