The Don Strong Speed Series is a performance training event designed specifically for field-based athletes who want to run faster, accelerate harder, and build game-ready conditioning.

📍 Location: Casey Fields NRL Pitch – Cranbourne East, VIC📅 When: Last Saturday of every month, August 2025 – January 2026
