D&B Taekwondo

Okay, let's be real. Self-defense is important, but looking cool while doing it is a bonus, right? At Dan and Ben's Taekwondo, we teach you practical self-defense skills with a healthy dose of style. You'll learn to punch, kick, and block like a pro, all while having a blast with a supportive group of people.

When: Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 PM (The perfect way to break up the monotony of the week!)

Where: Highlander Community Centre
