Reiki accelerates our own natural ability to heal the body and mind, relieving stress, tension and pain. Reiki Level 1 Attunement is a great introduction to healing where you will learn the history of Reiki, Reiki Principles, the Chakra energy system, self healing and practice. You will receive Reiki Level 1 Attunement, Illustrated Manual and Certificate as well as support if needed, during the 21 day cleanse.
