This class is for women who are tired in a way that sleep alone doesn’t seem to fix.
If you feel wired but exhausted, emotionally overloaded, restless at night, or like your body is constantly “on alert”, your nervous system is doing its best to protect you but it’s completely unregulated.
Many women, particularly during peri-menopause, experience higher cortisol levels due to hormonal shifts, long-term stress, caring responsibilities and years of putting themselves last. This can show up as fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, weight gain, low mood, brain fog and a sense of never quite being able to switch off.
Deep Rest for Tired Women is a gentle, deeply nourishing class designed to help your body remember how to rest.
During our time together you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation through:
• A long, soothing yoga nidra to calm the nervous system and signal safety to the body
• Gentle Reiki drum healing and sound bath offering rhythmic support that helps regulate stress responses and soften held tension
• Complete rest and comfort, stillness, warmth and nothing expected of you
This is not a class where you need to try, fix, achieve or talk. You simply lie down and receive.
The combination of yoga nidra and Reiki drum healing helps:
• Lower cortisol and stress hormones
• Support the nervous system out of fight-or-flight
• Improve rest, sleep and emotional balance
• Create a sense of being held, grounded and deeply supported
This space is especially supportive for women navigating peri-menopause, burnout, chronic stress, emotional fatigue or overwhelm.
You will leave feeling softer, calmer, more settled and likely surprised by how deeply your body has been able to rest.
