Join us for a special Christmas edition of the Northshore REIA December Meetup — our 4th Cashflow Game Night, Christmas Party, and Potluck all in one!

This fun and interactive evening will center around Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow Game, a hands-on investing experience designed to teach the financial principles behind Rich Dad Poor Dad.
The goal of the game is simple — get out of the rat race by building enough passive income to cover your expenses. Along the way, players learn how to analyze deals, manage risk, and think like an investor in a realistic and engaging way.
💡 Pro Tip: If you have an Apple iOS device, please bring it with you — the Cashflow app makes it easier to track gameplay and speeds up the fun.
We’ll have several game tables running at once — whether you’re a first-time player or a returning pro, you’ll pick it up quickly and have a blast.
To make things even better, this is also our Christmas Party and Potluck!
�🎅 Please bring a dish to share — the REIA will be providing drinks and fried chicken for everyone to enjoy.
�🍽 Bring your favorite side, appetizer, or dessert — homemade or store-bought, it’s all welcome!
And of course, feel free to bring a friend! This is a great way to meet other investors, learn something new, and celebrate the holidays with the Northshore REIA community.
