Business Practices for the Artist

Join us in the ballroom of the Scudder House for a talk and open discussion about best practices for artists in business. This lecture is FREE, however registration is required. Seating is limited. A cash bar and snacks will be available.

THE TALK:
Patrick Huges of DBL Law will discuss topics such as entity selection and formation, entity governance and related regulatory matters, liability protections and limitations, banking, and taxes.

The format will be conversational, and participants will be encouraged to ask questions throughout the presentation
