Fall is the season for crisp brews, good food, and new beginnings—and what better way to celebrate than with a furry new friend? Join the Northshore Humane Society at Abita Brewing in Covington on Friday, September 20th from 11AM–2PM for our first-ever Adopt-oberfest!
We’ll be bringing out some of our sweet and adoptable dogs who are ready to find their forever homes. Whether you’ve been thinking about adopting or just want to stop by for some puppy love, this is the perfect opportunity to meet your new best friend in a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
While you’re here, sip on the seasonal release of Abita’s Oktoberfest beer—a fan favorite that only comes around once a year! To round out the afternoon, the amazing Wild Tom and the Highman food truck will be serving up delicious eats to pair perfectly with your pint.
This event is all about community, compassion, and celebration. Every adoption helps make space for another animal in need, so by coming out, enjoying a beer, or helping us spread the word, you’re making a difference.
