Quartermania Fundraiser

A Quartermania (quarter auction) fundraiser is a fun, interactive event where participants bid on items using quarters. Attendees pay an entry fee, receive a paddle, and can bid on auctioned items by placing quarters in a container. Each bid is randomly drawn, and the winner of each item is determined by a drawing.
