Usui Reiki Level I Class Description:
- You will learn about Universal Life Force Energy Known as Reiki
- The history of Reiki, Reiki Principles, and the Reiki Masters
- Hand positions for treating yourself and others
- Plenty of practice giving and receiving Reiki
- Reiki 1 Attunement which will help increase the energy flow
- Access to teacher support both in and out of class
Training also includes a Usui Reiki 1 Manual and Certificate.
