Swedish Massage with Natalia

The Swedish massage is one of the most common types of massage you can get. It is performed to energise the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling.
Some of the effects and benefits:
- Can release joint restrictions and increase joint mobility.
- Relieves tight muscles, stiffness and spasms.
- Increases flexibility and range of movement in the muscles.
