Redefining the Mature Woman - All the Clothes I Never Wore.
March’s Redefining the Mature Woman session is an invitation to gently examine the identities, expectations, and versions of yourself that no longer fit—and to release them with compassion and clarity. Through reflection, shared space, and embodied practices, we’ll create room for self-permission, honoring the woman you are now as you step forward lighter, wiser, and more fully aligned.
This will be 90-minutes of soulful connection that includes: guided meditations, light-stretch, authentic connections and discussion, journaling and release.
What to Bring:
Feel free to bring a yoga mat if you’d like, along with a journal or notebook for reflection and writing.
What to Wear:
Dress comfortably. This is not a space to impress, perform, or prove—this is a space to soften, release, and be real.
March Bonus Invitation:
Bring one outfit or pair of shoes (or two) that represents an old version of you—the pants you keep waiting to fit into, the dress you’ve been saving for “someday,” or work clothes that no longer match your identity. We’ll be gently reviewing and releasing the “clothes” we’ve held onto for too long, both metaphorically and literally.
Energy of the Space:
Come exactly as you are. Everything you need is already within you—this gathering simply helps you lay it down with intention.
