Supporting children with their emotions can be tough at home and at school. This session is about sharing ideas.

Parents, carers, and teachers will come together to:

• Share what helps children manage big feelings
• Hear what works in classrooms and at home
• Swap practical tips, routines, and calming strategies
• Build a pool of ideas we can all use

It’s an open, supportive discussion where everyone’s experiences are valued. Come ready to share or simply listen and take away new ideas.
