Are you looking for a safe, creative space to support your mental health? Our 3-week course offers a gentle introduction to artmaking in a small, supportive group setting. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, or low mood, this is a chance to explore your creativity and begin your recovery journey.
💛 Who it’s for
Adults (16+) living in Coventry/Warwickshire who may be experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, or emotional distress. The course may not be suitable for those in acute crisis or with specialist care needs.
🎨 What to expect
Relaxing, beginner-friendly art projects (all materials and refreshments provided free).
Space to build confidence, connect with like-minded people, and explore new creative skills.
Support from our Wellbeing Coach and Peer Recovery Worker, helping you take steps forward in your recovery and connect with opportunities in the wider community.
