Qi Gong is a centuries-old practice that combines relaxed breathing with slow, gentle movement to restore energy, calm the nervous system, and support overall wellness. In this class, students will be guided through movements from the Shibashi Tai Chi Qi Gong 18 form, leaving them feeling both relaxed and refreshed.

About the Instructor
Jenny Cox is an avid Tai Chi practitioner who has completed over 150 hours of Qi Gong teacher training. She offers classes and programs focused on stress management, as well as movement classes for children. Jenny began her Qi Gong journey in 2024, and the practice has since become a meaningful and transformative part of her life.
