Rest + Reset: A Sound Bath Experience

Join Nicole Hendrick Donovan for Rest & Reset, a meditative experience bringing restoration through sound, stillness, and original pieces of writing. During this 1-hour class, Nicole weaves the harmonics of the crystal bowls to blanket you in a sea of peace, providing a spacious experience for rest and renewal.

By listening to specific rhythms and frequencies of the crystal bowls, one can shift brainwaves from the beta state (normal consciousness) to the theta state (relaxed consciousness), thus providing support for the nervous system to reset, and encouraging the body and mind to enter a state of relaxation.
