The St. Charles Community College Foundation will host a benefit concert with headliner Steve Azar and opening act Russo & Co., on Saturday, Sept. 20, 6 p.m., on the college’s main campus in Cottleville. The event is open to the community. Proceeds will support student scholarships and academic enhancements.

Local favorite Russo & Co. is based around guitar-playing, singing, and tap-dancing front man, Anthony J. Russo. Russo & Co. blends upright bass, banjo/dobro/lap steel, guitar, fiddle/mandolin, vocal harmonies, percussion and tap dance to create a truly authentic Country/Americana sound.
