We are looking for: Best Dressed, Most Unique, and Most Well Behaved Dog (you can dress up too with your dog).
Winners and Runners up will get cool dog themed prizes! 6 Prizes awarded.

At Cotter Big Spring Park During Cotter Farmer’s Market
Early Registration by September 20 $10.
Late Registration by October 11 $15.
$3 of each registration goes to: The Baxter County 4H.
Who Votes? You do… Anyone can vote and as many times as you’d like. It is $1 per vote with all proceeds going to the 4H. All votes need to be in by 11:30am. Winners will be announced at 11:45am.
Winners get to be featured in The Creative Magazine.
