Slow Down Sunday Retreat

For our second summer offering we have once again co-created a nature immersion retreat, where you can spend your Sunday day slowing down, disconnecting from the pressures of the outside world and reconnecting with yourself and nature.

We invite you to Re-wild with us at our Eco-Therapy farm in the heart of Norwich, for a day of workshops and gentle guided practices to nourish the soul and soothe the mind.
