Tony Gilliam, with Project Appleseed, will instruct this class, giving you a brief overview of the rifle marksmanship and early American heritage that will introduce individuals of all skill levels to the knowledge that was so crucial to the success of our nation’s founders. Find out why your target never lies to you, learn why a simple sling will give you the most stable field shooting position, and learn the tripod of rifle marksmanship: a steady position, the 6 steps of firing the shot, and natural point of aim. No actual firearms instruction will take place, though you will be exposed to longer class opportunities with firearms instruction. We look forward to seeing you!
