Recovery Dharma

Recovery Dharma meetings offer a trauma-informed and empowered approach to recovery based on Buddhist principles. Meetings are peer-led and non-theistic; we welcome all those who wish to pursue recovery as a part of our community! The center provides kneeling benches, zafus, zabutons, and chairs. There is no need to register, and participants remain anonymous. Meetings are free and donations to support materials (i.e. recovery dharma books) and the center are welcome.
