(Free) Dance Workshop: How to Go Tiny and Say Something Big

Build a movement sequence that is cohesive and powerful, whether you are a dancer, martial artist, athlete, actor, or just someone who likes to MOVE! Learn the principles of composition that pull everything together. Apply these ideas to a tiny space of 4’ x 4’ which we will tape off on the floor.

This workshop is part of a two-workshop series. These workshops are both intended to help dancers and movers of all disciplines and experience levels feel comfortable and confident in their ability to audition for the upcoming Ten Tiny Dances® Corvallis show at the Majestic Theatre (on January 31 and February 7, 2026) but anyone can take these workshops and participants are not required to audition.
