Summer Art Camp for Ages 8-11

Join us for an exciting Summer Art Camp designed specifically for children ages 8 to 11! This camp offers a unique opportunity for young artists to explore multiple art mediums throughout the duration of the program.
Camp Highlights
Hands-on experience with various art forms, including painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.
Guidance from experienced art instructors who will inspire creativity and skill development.
Collaborative projects that encourage teamwork and artistic expression.
Daily activities that promote exploration and experimentation with different materials.
What to Expect
Engaging lessons tailored to the interests and skill levels of each participant.
A supportive and fun environment where creativity can flourish.
Opportunities to showcase finished artwork in a final exhibition for family and friends.
Students will learn sun dying, mosaics, screen printing, and painted stained glass.
At the conclusion of the camp all students projects will be put on display in the Cortland Corset Building Gallery for a special Gallery Show on September 5th, 2025. This Gallery event will be part of the Cortland Arts Connect First Friday Art Trail and Crown City Mural Fest event kickoff.
