PAWS & Pose Dog Yoga

Take a PAWS to flow with dogs!

Cost: $25 for members and not-yet-members / $35 drop-in rate (as space allows).

Experience a one-of-a-kind yoga class that brings together the healing power of movement and the comfort of trained therapy dogs. Join yoga teacher Brenna Ricci and the Josie’s Journey therapy dog team for an unforgettable session where humans and canines connect on the mat.

Students will be guided through flowing, breath-connected poses while gentle, well-trained dogs and their handlers offer a calming presence.

This uplifting one-hour class supports self-esteem, balance, flexibility, coordination, and stress relief—all with a tail-wagging twist.

Come stretch, breathe, and bond—paws-itively perfect for dog lovers and yoga fans alike!
