A New Tradition for Our Four-Legged Friends!
Dear Dog Lovers of Montezuma County,
For the past three years, our annual Dog Calendar project has brought our community together to celebrate our beloved canine companions. While we've treasured creating these calendars, we're excited to announce a fresh, new approach that maintains everything you loved about our event while making it more accessible for everyone!
Introducing: Montezuma Mutts $5 for Fido Pics!
Sunday, July 13th • 10am-noon • ZU Gallery
Instead of our traditional calendar, we invite you and your furry friend to join us for a one-day community event where:
-Every dog gets a professional photo for just $5! Your pup will be photographed by our talented pet photographer, and you'll receive a digital copy of their best shot.
-Enter the "Montezuma Landmarks Lottery"! All participating dogs will be entered into our community vote. The top three winners will receive an exclusive professional photo session at iconic Montezuma County landmarks.
-Community Choice Awards! Public voting opens immediately after the event and runs for one week. Vote for your favorites at $1 per vote (all proceeds support For Pets Sake -

WHY THE CHANGE?
While our calendar brought joy to many, the production costs made it unsustainable. This new format allows us to:
-Keep costs affordable for everyone
-Continue highlighting our amazing Montezuma County dogs
-Maintain the community gathering you've loved
-Create beautiful keepsake photos of your pets
We hope you'll join us as we evolve this beloved tradition. All the community spirit with none of the calendar hassle!
