Start your morning with movement, fresh air, and community.

Stretch & Walk is a donation-based outdoor gathering designed to help you wake up the body, clear the mind, and begin the day feeling energized and grounded. We’ll start with intentional stretching to prepare the body, followed by a group walk along the water. Meet us at water’s edge parking lot.
