Space and menu inspired by award winning Chef, Michael Smith. Find delight in his Cajun, French forward farm & ranch to table rotating menus. Ruby Ladle specializes in upscale dinners, catering, and private dining. Co-owner & wife, Chef Jessica Smith, runs front of house, & still loves to moonlight in private chef services. Currently open for lunch, however, will be moving to intimate dinner & wine pairings, as well as tapas style menus for the early evening guest.
From locally sourced farm fresh items, to handpicked produce, Texas sourced Beef & seafood, Ruby Ladle is the perfect destination for family dinners, date nights, and client entertainment.
