NON-HEATED HATHA (ALL LEVELS)

This all-levels class focuses on strength, alignment, and breath through steady, purposeful movement. You’ll hold foundational poses longer to build awareness, improve posture, and develop balance—both physically and mentally.

Practiced in a non-heated room, this class offers a calm, focused environment to deepen your connection to breath and body without the added intensity of heat.
