Join us for an intimate, semi-private sound bath experience designed for deep rest and nervous system reset. With only 6 spots available, you'll be welcomed into our cloud-like studio space, where you’ll stretch gently and then fully relax on your own air mattress.

Let the soothing tones of 432hz crystal singing bowls wash over you as you drift through a calming yoga nidra meditation, supported by essential oils and cold towels or jade eye masks.
