The Faculty Writing Collective (FWC) at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi is a multidisciplinary community dedicated to fostering consistent, supported academic writing. Designed especially with pre-tenure women faculty in mind, the FWC offers structured accountability, peer encouragement, and a space to develop sustainable writing habits.

Whether you’re aiming to build momentum, beat isolation, or simply carve out protected writing time, the FWC helps you turn writing from a solitary task into a shared practice.
