Kick off the new year with a good laugh! We’re bringing together some of the best in the business for an evening of big laughs, good vibes, and great company. Your host for the evening, Ben Hurley, is joined by comedy heavyweights Paul Ego and Paul Douglas for a lineup guaranteed to have you laughing all night long.

Ben has conquered the toughest of crowds and reviewers alike and is adept at tailoring his material and persona to what the event requires. He consistently sells out shows at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival and has toured the country many times, on his own as part of the Real NZ Comedy Tours and of course the 7 Days Live Tours.
Ben is widely recognised from his regular appearances on THREE's 7Days, The Project, and is now a regular contributor on TVNZ's Seven Sharp. He has had numerous other TV appearances with several Comedy Galas, AotearoHa, hosting After Hours, Funny Roots, @Seven, Ben & Steve World Famous and most recently host of the Cricketers' Network podcast
One of NZ’s most experienced and impressive comedians, PAUL EGO has been delighting crowds for years with his famously quick wit, both onstage and onscreen.
After winning the Billy T Comedy Award in 2000, Paul enjoyed award winning radio stints on both More FM and The Rock, before jumping across to TV with his role as Team Captain on the hugely popular TV comedy panel show ‘7DAYS’.
When not performing as himself, Paul also uses his voice to bring ‘Stickman’ to life for the Pak’nSave supermarket chain. He also enjoys golf but rarely talks about it.
Paul Douglas is one of the busiest live stand up comedians in New Zealand and winner of Best Live Show and Best Gag at the 2019 New Zealand Comedy Guild Awards.
A master storyteller, Paul’s simultaneously laid back and frenetic energy has been winning over audiences for more than 10 years and will leave you wanting to have a yarn with the man himself.
