Pilates Circle Workout

Let's work out with a Magic Circle!
Looking for a safe, easy and effective tool to enhance your workout? Look no further than the Pilates Circle! Also known as the Magic Circle, this small, lightweight piece of equipment can take your routine to the next level. It can help improve muscle strength, enhance core stability, and increasing flexibility. It also targets muscle activation, which is extremely important for the seniors. For the first series, we will host 4 workouts for FREE. We will offer Pilates circles at a venue with a big screen and online instruction. Grab a yoga mat, and you're ready to go! We have several yoga mats if you don't have one. You can also practice on a chair. Miltonvale Park residents have priority booking by providing a civic address.
