U7 - U9 Learn To Play - Starts October 8th - Dec 17th
For kids wanting to "Learn to Play" the game of hockey, we provide a Fun after school setting for U7 and U9 Ages on Wednesday's 3:30 - 5:00 PM
Kids will do a group warm
- Motor Skills - Balance & Agility exercises
- Skills Instruction - Daily skill theme & Games
- Coaches Challenge - Varies from week to week based on Fun Skills, Speed, Agility, Balance and strength.
The goal in this program is to learn thru play, we provide visual instruction and demonstrations, audio feedback and correction, and kinetic learning with lots of repetitions. We also use visual teaching aids such as video to help kids see areas where they can improve and become more self driven in the process.
We also offer programs for U9 - U18 ages for kids who are MOTIVATED to want to improve, learn or continue to get better over their competition. We have helped kids move from B & C Teams to A, AA, AAA in short periods of time, based on modern teaching methods and proven coaching instruction.
We have had athletes develop to the Local Rep A Level all the way up the ladder to AA, AAA, Jr A, QMJHL, NCAA Div 1 as well as Local Senior Hockey.
