September First Sunday Hike

The First Sunday Hike for September is on Sunday, September 7th on the Harwood Lakes Segment. The hike starts at 1:00 at the County E trailhead by Camp Nawakwa. The local IATA chapter will shuttle any hikers who attend, to the trail access on Deerfly Trail. The hike back to County E is about 3 miles. The upcoming reroute by Kim's Crossing will be pointed out. The chapter hopes to do this trail build in October. Hikers who attend this hike will have the option to get a shuttle to Plummer Lake Road after our hike so that they can complete the segment.

This hike is a program of the Chippewa Moraine Chapter of the IATA and will end back at the Highway E trailhead near Camp Nawkawa. We’re simply sharing because we love helping people get outside and explore. 🌿
