Midwinter Threshold: An Imbolc Wintering Immersion

On the threshold of Imbolc, the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox, we gather for a day of wintering: tending the inner hearth, listening beneath the surface, and honoring the first stirrings of new life within and around us.

This retreat weaves Celtic wisdom, somatic therapy, nature connection, and ritual into a deeply restorative experience. Together, we will slow down, soften the nervous system, and allow the subtle medicine of mid-winter to reveal what is ready to be released… and what is quietly asking to be born.
