Enjoy the chance to experience a variety of local instructors, studios, and wellness partners in one uplifting, fun, and welcoming space.

🧘 What to Expect

Enjoy a series of 15-minute mini classes across different fitness and wellness formats with 5-minute transition breaks between sessions. You’re welcome to participate in every class - or take breaks whenever you’d like to stroll the vendor area, connect with others, or simply soak in the vibe.

We’ll also have time built in before and after the event to explore our curated group of wellness partners.

All ages. All fitness levels. Anyone looking to move, reset, and feel connected to their community. Bring yourself, a friend, and a yoga mat!
