CLASS Gentle Hatha Yoga

Enjoy the peace and serenity of our heated greenhouse for this early morning stretch. This class will feature slow, easy movement, with an emphasis on connecting the body, mind and spirit.

Guided by experienced instructor and yogi, Karli, the focus of this class will be to strengthen and ease the connection between breath and body.

This class will be conducted in our greenhouse prior to opening for business.

We recommend arriving a few minutes before start time in order to find space and settle in.

Yoga mats and blocks will be provided but yogis are encouraged to bring their own equipment to class.
