About this Event

Join us on January 29th at 8pm in Kove Studios Douglas for a Breathwork sessions carefully curated to help you reset and recalibrate your nervous system.

Using gentle breath techniques this session will help you releease stress and anxiety.

This session is beginner friendly however certain contraindications apply such as pregnancy, cardiovascular issues or severe mental health.
