Relax & De-Stress is a blissful 2 hour relaxation class designed to release all the stress and tension that we accumulate in daily living.

No experience required, suitable for adults of all ages.

This class will boost your immune system, soothing your adrenals and helping your body and mind to be at ease. You will leave feeling rested and renewed!
We will use breath work and gentle restorative poses to release tension and soothe the nervous system.

Finishing the class with a 30 minute guided relaxation will then bring true rest to both the mind and body.



Location: The Carraig Centre, Ballincollig, Old Quarter.

Cost: €25

Please: Arrive 5 mins early, bring a mat, blanket & cushion and dress warm & comfortably.
