Move @ The Marina

Move @ the Marina is a feel-good Saturday morning of movement, music and connection - designed for everyone. Whether you’re a complete beginner, getting back into exercise after a break, or simply fancy trying something new, this event is all about moving your body in a way that feels supportive, welcoming and energising.

There’s no pressure, no expectations and no “fitness level” required. Just show up, move at your own pace, and enjoy the buzz of a brilliant community morning.

You’ll have unlimited access to all sessions, so you can dip in and out, try something new, or stick with what you love:

Session Schedule

• Mobility w/ Sean – loosen up, move better, feel good
• Learn 2 Move w/ Kelsey & Orla – simple, confidence-building movement for beginners
• Sweat w/ Izzy Showbizzy – fun, energising and scalable workout for all levels
• Pilates w/ Aisling – strength, control and calm
• Everybody Dance w/ Stevie G – music up, stress down, smiles guaranteed

The morning will also be fuelled with goodies from the market vendors, including No Sin smoothies, Saor health shots, great coffee and delicious, nourishing snacks to keep you feeling your best. We will have amazing mercahdise and product pop up stands on the day too.

This is a bring-your-people kind of event — friends, family, partners, teens, beginners, regular movers. A brilliant way to kick-start 2026 on a fresh note, energise your weekend, and carry that feel-good momentum well into February.
