Group Reiki healing

Join us to harness the full moon's energy with breathwork and Reiki to combine practices of release and intention-setting. We will start with a guided meditation to ground ourselves under the moon, then we will use breathwork to release what no longer serves us by exhaling tension and old patterns,following this with a group Reiki session,to balance your energy and facilitate deeper healing and transformation.
