Workshop Details
This open-level masterclass dives into the foundations and advanced applications of dynamic movement on aerial silks and rope.
We’ll start with beats technique fundamentals, focusing on body awareness, momentum control, and cleaning up oscillations. From there, we’ll build towards integrating beats into tricks and transitions.
Key content includes:
Core dynamic techniques and beats variations (front beats, bell beats, side beats, etc.), adapted to the level of the group
Scorpion pose with dynamic entries
Belly and back balances with dynamic transitions
Hip key with half-turn and dynamic exit
Additional advanced dynamic tricks, tailored to participants’ skills
This workshop offers a structured approach with room to adapt to individual needs. Ideal for aerialists with at least a few years of experience on fabric or rope who want to strengthen their dynamic technique, refine transitions, and explore creative movement.
