7 week Somatic and Mindful Yoga Classes

Dear Yoga friends,
Our lovely summer is coming to an end and my 7 week Yoga Course is about to begin next week.
Somatic & Mindful Yoga combines postures and breath awareness to consciously release tension, unwind our busy minds, reconnect with the earth & relax wile strengthening our body.
Suitable to people of all ages and abilities, beginners always welcome.
