Restaurant Week
Corbin Restaurant Week is our official excuse to eat out all week long and celebrate the flavors, creativity, and hometown pride that make Corbin, Kentucky, one of the state’s favorite places to dine. Happening January 12–18, 2026, this seven-day celebration puts the spotlight on the incredible local restaurants that keep our community well-fed and happy.
During Restaurant Week, participating restaurants will roll out a special, exclusive dish you can only get this week. It’s the perfect time to revisit your favorites, try somewhere new, and order something you normally wouldn’t because Restaurant Week made you do it.
Stay tuned for all the delicious details as we feature each participating restaurant and their can’t-miss creations leading up to the event.
