The New Moon is a powerful invitation into stillness, reflection, and fresh beginnings. Through soothing sound frequencies and gentle Reiki, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where your nervous system can soften and your energy can realign.

This is a sacred pause — a moment to return to yourself and be held in community.
