Friday Night In: Back-to-School CoRegulation for Kids & Caregivers

Join us for a cozy, connection-centered evening designed to support children and caregivers through the transition back to school. This special edition of Friday Night In will focus on co-regulation strategies to help families navigate big feelings and shifting routines with more ease.

Through gentle movement, playful mindfulness, and grounding somatic techniques, you and your child will explore ways to stay connected, regulated, and resourced together.

This event is ideal for elementary-aged children and their caregivers, but all ages are welcome. No prior experience with mindfulness or somatic practices is needed.

WHAT TO BRING
Comfortable clothes
Yoga mat and/or blanket
A favorite stuffy (optional!)
Willingness to slow down, move, and connect

YOUR GUIDE
Led by: Maddie Marshall, LISW - holistic therapist and yoga teacher-in-training with a special interest in child-parent nervous system attunement

$35/one child & one caregiver
