Refund & Transfer Policy

– All event bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your reservation is confirmed, it is considered final.

Rescheduling

– We are unable to offer reschedules at this time. If you are unable to attend, please notify us so we can offer the spot to another guest.

– Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances. Please email us at exploricoindoorplayground@gmail.com for case-by-case review.

Timeliness

– Events begin promptly at the scheduled time. We encourage all guests to arrive on time for check-in and a warm welcome.

Capacity Limits

– Events are subject to limited capacity.

– If the event reaches maximum capacity, you will be added to a waitlist and contacted if a spot becomes available.

Registration Required

– All guests must register in advance, including Monthly Members and Play Pass holders.
